Text message terms

Unique Outdoor Lighting texts customers and people who ask us for an estimate or a visit, about their lighting project.

Only if you tick the job texts box, or tell our staff yes:

• Replies to texts you send us.
• One text after a call we missed, asking how we can help.
• A note that we got your request, when you ask for an estimate or a visit and tick the texting box.
• Confirmations and reminders for your appointments with us.
• Links to your estimate or invoice, and follow-ups on an open estimate.
• Updates from the crew on the day of your job.
• A request for a review after a job.

Only if you also tick the separate offers box, or tell our staff yes to offers. A yes to job texts is not a yes to offers.

• Holiday lighting renewal offers.
• Reminders that your lighting plan is up for renewal.
• Seasonal offers.

Both are optional. Saying yes to either is not a condition of buying anything from us.

Job texts: message frequency varies with your project and your appointments. Offers: up to 4 a month. We do not send offers or follow-ups between 8 p.m. and 9 a.m., New Jersey time.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any text to opt out of all texts, offers included. You will get one text to confirm, then no more:

Unique Outdoor Lighting: you're unsubscribed and will get no more texts. Reply HELP for help or START to opt back in.

START brings back job texts only. To get offers again, tick the offers box on one of our pages.
